Dr. Todd Callaway is Professor of Ruminant Nutrition at the University of Georgia, with a PhD in Microbiology from Cornell University. He is an award-winning researcher focused on how gut microbiota influences cattle nutrition, food safety, and production efficiency.
Before joining UGA, he spent 18 years with USDA-ARS in Texas. He has received awards from ASAS, USDA, and AFIA for his contributions to ruminant nutrition and gastrointestinal microbiology.
